Objectives and legal basis of the processing

Your data is processed by us for the purpose of providing our services and in the event that you give your consent for marketing purposes, in particular:

  1. Execution of rights and obligations under the contract | Article 6, paragraph 1 (b) GDPR

  2. Undertaking of contract-related activities (redress, archiving of documents, internal statistics) | Article 6, paragraph 1 (f) GDPR

Categories of recipients

Your personal data may be transferred to:

  1. Entities affiliated to RENEX EEC;
  2. Authorised employees or contractors, RENEX EEC collaborators, entities providing selected services to RENEX EEC (accounting, legal, tax, consultancy, auditing, marketing, IT, freight forwarding, courier, postal services – to the extent necessary to provide these services);
  3. RENEX EEC business partners. i.e. entities providing, among others, advertising, training and event organisation services.

Transfer of data to countries outside the EEA

In connection with the cooperation of RENEX EEC with service providers established outside the European Economic Area, your personal data may be transferred to the following countries which are not members of the European Economic Area: The United States.

In order to ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred to countries for which the European Commission has not found an adequate level of protection, RENEX EEC applies [the standard contractual data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission referred to in Article 46, paragraph 2 (c) of the GDPR]. The clauses are available on the Internet, on the website of the European Commission (ec.europa.eu) or on the premises of RENEX EEC (for consultation).

Data retention period

  1. In order to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contract – until the expiry of claims hereunder – no longer than 10 years from the date of termination’
  2. In order to send commercial and marketing information to the given e-mail address or telephone contact to the given telephone number – no longer than until the cancellation of consent
  3. For accounting and tax purposes – not longer than 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose.

You have the following rights, exercised by contacting RENEX EEC by any means of communication:

  1. to access the content of your personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR) by requesting access to or a copy of a set of your personal data processed by RENEX EEC;
  2. to request the rectification of your personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR) by indicating incorrect personal data concerning you;
  3. to request the deletion of personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR); RENEX EEC has the right to refuse to delete data in the cases specified by law;
  4. to demand a restriction of the processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR) by indicating which data should be restricted as regards processing;
  5. to transfer personal data (Article 20 of the GDPR) by requesting the preparation and transfer by RENEX EEC of personal data communicated to it by RENEX EEC to RENEX EEC itself or to another administrator in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format; only data obtained under this agreement or separate consent may be transferred;
  6. to object to the processing of your personal data:
    1. based on Article 6, paragraph 1 (e) or (f) of the GDPR, on grounds relating to its particular situation,
    2. at any time for direct marketing purposes (Article 21 GDPR);
  7. to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal (Article 7, paragraph 3 GDPR);
  8. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in particular in an EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, where the processing of your personal data is considered to be in breach of the rules of the GDPR (Article 77, paragraph 1 of the GDPR).

Voluntary nature of the data

Please be advised that the provision of personal data to RENEX EEC is voluntary.

The provision of your personal data requested in this agreement is a condition for concluding a contract with RENEX EEC.

Failure to provide this personal data will result in the impossibility of establishing cooperation with RENEX EEC.

Withdrawal of consent

You have the possibility to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by contacting RENEX EEC by any means of communication.

Withdrawal of consent is only possible for the processing of personal data on the basis of your consent. RENEX EEC is entitled to process your personal data after your withdrawal of consent, if it has another legal basis for processing, only for the purposes covered by this legal basis.

Cookies

The www.renexeec.pl website uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the terminal device (computer, tablet, phone). Cookies can be read by our ICT systems.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics – a tool for analyzing website statistics developed by Google. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your computer, to analyse your use of the website. The information collected in this way (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google Inc. server in the USA and stored there. Google uses this data to evaluate your use of the Website on the basis of the number of visits, compile reports on the activities of visitors to the Website, and offer other services relating to the use of the Website. Google AdWords

The Website also uses the free conversion tracking feature available in Google AdWords. Google takes care to protect the data of its customers and users in this respect. Whenever a user clicks on an advertisement, Google places a cookie on their computer, which expires after 30 days. This technology allows us to perform remarketing activities. Remarketing allows us to display Website advertisements to people who have previously visited the Website while they are visiting other websites. If you do not want this service to apply to you, you can refuse to save cookies, which are necessary for this purpose, by changing your browser settings accordingly, which deactivate the automatic cookie handling option. Server logs
